Firyad.com is a case-management and communication tool owned by Arkand Labs Private Limited. It helps residents submit complaints, requests, letters, petitions, and service concerns to participating representative offices and follow status updates.
Firyad.com is not a government portal, police or emergency service, court, regulator, legal adviser, or guarantee that a department or representative will provide a particular outcome. Use the official emergency and statutory channels when a matter is urgent or legally time-sensitive.
2. Accounts and privacy-first identity
Residents may sign in through an approved Google identity, phone one-time code, Apple identity, or another method that Firyad.com publishes. We do not require a resident name. You must control the sign-in method and keep recovery access secure.
Office accounts are different. A representative office, MLA, MP, ministerial office, or authorized staff member must complete an organization verification and role-approval process before seeing cases. Sharing office credentials, impersonating an office, or bypassing access controls is not allowed.
3. Cases, routing, and office action
You are responsible for giving a truthful, clear, and proportionate description of the issue and selecting the best available department, category, geography, and urgency. You do not need to include your name. Do not include Aadhaar numbers, passwords, OTPs, or unnecessary personal details.
Firyad.com may label, de-duplicate, route, or ask an authorized office to clarify a case. Offices may prioritize work according to their published or configured focus areas, but a lower priority does not delete or suppress a case. The service cannot promise a response time, resolution, budget, departmental decision, or action by a public representative.
Case status is an operational record, not a legal finding. A case can be marked resolved by an office and reopened when the resident reports that the outcome is incomplete or incorrect.
4. Safety and prohibited use
Do not use Firyad.com to threaten, harass, dox, impersonate, target, or retaliate against a resident, public representative, office worker, or any other person. Do not upload malware, unlawful material, private records unrelated to the case, or content intended for political persuasion, voter profiling, campaign targeting, or coordinated abuse.
We may limit, suspend, or investigate accounts and cases to protect residents, offices, the public, and the service. Where a safety risk is reported, we may preserve relevant security records and contact an appropriate authority where legally permitted or required.
5. Your content
You retain rights in the material you submit. You give Arkand Labs Private Limited a limited permission to host, process, display to the authorized handling office, transmit through selected notification channels, and maintain that material as needed to operate and secure the service.
You confirm that you have the right to submit the material and that it does not knowingly violate another person’s rights or the law. This permission ends when the material is deleted, except for limited copies needed for legal, security, audit, backup, or dispute purposes under the Privacy Notice.
6. Availability and third-party services
Firyad.com may change, pause, or discontinue features, including a participating office connection, notification method, or mobile application. We will take reasonable steps to protect case history during planned changes, but no online service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
Google, Apple, phone/SMS, email, hosting, storage, mapping, and other providers may have their own terms and outages. The final launch terms will identify material providers and explain which parts of the experience depend on them.
7. Ownership and feedback
Firyad.com, its brand, software, interface, documentation, and service materials are owned by or licensed to Arkand Labs Private Limited. You may use the service only as these terms allow. If you send suggestions, you allow Arkand Labs Private Limited to use them to improve the service without obligation, while keeping your case content subject to the Privacy Notice.
8. Contact and final legal terms

Planned support contact: support@firyad.com. This mailbox must be created and monitored before public launch. Do not send sensitive personal information to this draft address until it is confirmed on the live domain.
The final version will state the effective date, registered office, grievance route, governing law, jurisdiction, dispute process, and any consumer or app-store terms required for the service. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions should continue to operate to the extent permitted by law.
